This week in the Underground, our guest is the owner of Surface Noise in Louisville, KY, Brett Ralph. A retired English Professor, Brett is an accomplished writer, cutting his teeth as a founding member of arguably patient zero in Louisville’s legendary hardcore scene, Malignant Growth.
